The Series

Each of the three workshops include pre-reading for preparation and an online live session over Zoom.

  • Pre-Reading in preparation for the Live Lessons is approximately 25 minutes. It is rich in information, definitions and distinctions.

  • Live Online Workshop Sessions are up to 2-hours and they contain the practices, applications and exercises to take on new skills and behaviors.

  • When you enroll we set up a phone call so that I can meet you and understand what you'd like to specifically take away from the lessons. This way I can tailor the program to your needs.

  • Can be offered as a dedicated corporate group training.

    These may not fully support who we really are.

  • Amplify: Move to a More Powerful Vocal Presence

    Have you ever diminished or de-amplified your voice or felt like your voice wasn’t expressing authentically who you are?
    We were born with a free and natural voice. Let's amplify it once again. This is a voice lesson and it's active and fun.

The group is intentionally capped at 8-10 women in order to offer personalized attention, coaching and practice.
We have a phone call prior to the first lesson where I meet you and learn of your intentions.


This program is born out of two workshops I offered in a studio in New York City: Women Leading with Grace and Women Living with Grace.

What makes this learning distinctive is that I bring 25 years of communication coaching after a career in corporate management, plus my extensive training in theatre & performance, Improvisation and Voice.

This makes for an eclectic program of insights, practices and applications.

Martha Gelnaw

Hi there!

My name is Martha and I’m a communication coach based in New York City. Over my 20+ years coaching, I’ve found that I enjoy supporting people to get their messages and their voice heard – and acted upon. This way, they can make a contribution and enjoy their work with great comfort and ease.

Our work is to build trust in our understanding and to create confidence in our listener’s knowledge so that they will align and take right action. How we appeal to others and their values is crucial. It’s not transactional - it’s relational - relationships matter.

I offer coaching and courses that are well-suited to help leaders, emerging leaders, young professionals, students and women express themselves with a true and powerful presence aligned with their deepest values and desires.
