The training course is in three parts:

Part Two: Core Values Model to navigate conflict.
Part Three: Communicating Boundaries: Be in healthy control.
The course is a hybrid of pre-reading and pre-recordings, plus three Live Zoom lessons 90 minutes each with practices, coaching and Q&A.
